I love pouring through my magazines each month for inspiration from everything from wardrobe to entertaining. One of my favorite looks from this month's press is ELLE DECOR'S Trend Alert on Navy.

Navy is as classic as it comes and, while it is having a chic revival in the fashion and decor world, will stand the test of time in your home as much as in your wardrobe.

Our new Taylor monogram takes on a “prepster”, almost nautical feel in marine poplin.

Navy compliments so many china patterns, it is a refreshing option to update your table.

Also in this month's Elle Decor, who wouldn't want to soak in such a luxurious copper bath?

Only to be able to dry off with plush towels adorned with your own monogram. Shown here is the Roddy monogram on warm ivory towels.

Or for a bolder, more modern look, the Nicholas monogram in cocoa poplin.
HOUSE BEAUTIFUL is also overflowing with beautiful inspirations for custom linens.

What a refreshing bathroom! The aqua tiles add such a cool, crisp and CLEAN feeling!

The perfect accent is a crisp white towel with Colette monogram in a blue to compliment the shower tile.

Some of my favorite colors are at play here in the above dining room. Rich golds and terra cottas with an accent of deep jeweled teal provide the perfect ambiance for gathering, no matter the time of day or occasion. In fact, I love having breakfast or a casual family meal in our dining room.

Our Adelaide monogram on citron linen would provide the finishing touch for such a beautiful table setting.

HOUSE BEAUTIFUL'S "Instant Room" this month features a beautifully calm room that is emboldened with bright and cheery pink bedding. What a statement!

I'd like to think that Leontine's Fretwork border shown in Blush linen would be the perfect modern accent for this room's inspiration.

Or for something more elaborate, the Lisette border with oversized embroidered Chloe monogram in cerise, anchored by a cool neutral celadon bed skirt.

I'm salivating over January's "Kitchen of the Month" in House Beautiful for it's wise mix of natural wood tones with sleek stainless steel - it's modern without being too sterile.

The simple Kinsey monogram in warm browns suits this kitchen beautifully!
What better way to put the stacks of magazines we get to good use, then to figure out a way to take what inspires you and apply it to your own home's decor? Looking forward to sharing more of what inspires me in the coming months!
Best,
