Happy New Year!
Hello and Welcome to the maiden voyage of Leontine Linens’ very first blog. It has been something I’ve pondered for a long time, and there seemed like no better time to get motivated than January 1st.
Like so many of us at the turn of a new year, I have a renewed motivation to accomplish some special things in 2012. Liquid diets and personal goals aside, my biggest resolution for the new year is to provide you with better tools and information to make selecting and purchasing Leontine Linens as easy as possible.
With that said, welcome to a brand new Leontine Linens website! We spent many months dissecting our site and finding ways to improve it. We think you’ll especially enjoy several new features:
- A New Look – sleek new design using the most current tools and design features, offering you a faster and more intuitive experience.
- Improved Search Options allow you to more quickly find what you are looking for – search by name, color, or tag and find what you need in fewer clicks.
- Highlighting Special Collections – now with one click you can see my favorite looks and recommendations, signature Leontine looks that have made us stand out from the crowd, or see our go-to suggestions for gift giving.
- Better Product Information – updated and improved product details and features help you to identify styles, fabrics, and pricing.
- New Galleries – updated galleries provide more fabrics and styles, giving you more choices.
- Finally, NEW PRODUCT & MORE FREQUENT UPDATES – our biggest resolution for 2012 is to provide you with new things to see on a more regular basis, with monthly product updates.
With all the improvements and changes to both the look and usability of our site, there are some things that remain the same. The biggest of which are as follows:
- No Online Shopping. Simply put, it’s just not a good fit for us. Because each piece is completely made to order, the only way to ensure you get exactly what you want is for you to have a conversation with a member of our expert sales team. We want you to love what you see when you unwrap your order and for us, buyer’s remorse is just not an option. So give us a call or send us an e-mail and we’ll make it easy on you.
- Everything can be Customized. The products shown on our website are never discontinued and are always available in different colors, fabrics, or designs. The collection of products we show on our site should be used as a jumping point for you to begin creating your own linens. Just find the look that most sparks your interest and then let us help you make that look completely your own.
- All Items are Made by Hand in the United States. In order for us to offer the level of customization and the variety of styles and colors available, there is only one way to do it – one piece at a time, each by hand. We continue to use the best fabrics available from all over the world, all of which are finished and embellished in our very own workroom in Kentucky. From the simplest make-up tote to the most elaborately embroidered table cloth, each piece is treated the same, offering a look and quality that is unmatched.
